A setting of an englyn by Dafydd John Pritchard, written for Gwennan Williams and Côr ABC of Aberystwyth, and Andrew’s first Welsh-language piece. It was commissioned while he was a member of the choir alongside the poet, who had persuaded him to join a couple of years earlier. The piece was published by Curiad in 2017, when Côr ABC performed it in their programme for the Côr Cymru competition. An adaptation for women’s voices followed in 2019, at the request of a women’s choir keen to include it in their repertoire.
